Brand-new Toyota Hilux units loaded onto a car carrier for delivery

The order process

Five steps, start to shipment.

  1. 01

    Purchase order

You confirm the specific unit, the number of units and the colour required.

We issue a formal purchase order covering the exact specification. For corporate buyers the PO is raised against company details; for individual buyers, against personal details and valid identification.

  2. 02

    Agreement

A purchase agreement is issued and signed for every order.

We provide a PO agreement to every client, sent for signature by email. Nothing proceeds on a verbal basis — every purchase is documented before it moves.

  3. 03

    Reservation fee

A fixed reservation fee per unit, settled by bank transfer.

The fee is fixed and depends on the unit being purchased. It is payable by wire or bank transfer, and it secures your place in the allocation queue.

  4. 04

    Allocation & full payment

Full payment falls due within three working days of allocation.

Once your units are allocated by the dealer we notify you immediately. Full payment is settled within a maximum of three working days from the allocation date.

  5. 05

    Release & shipment

We schedule release, then ship to your destination port.

Once your destination country is finalised we provide the shipping details, carrier and schedule. Transit time depends on the destination and the current status of the shipping line.

Confirm the destination country and we issue shipping details, carrier and schedule.

Accessories

Yes, within reason.

We can fit accessories to your specification — bull bars, tonneau covers, roll bars, lighting, interior trim and similar. Specify these on the purchase order so they are costed into your quotation.

Full customisation

No.

We do not undertake full model customisation or structural modification. Units are supplied to factory specification with accessories added. If you need heavy modification, buy the unit from us and have it done locally.

FAQ

Straight
answers.

Where the honest answer is “it depends”, we say what it depends on rather than guessing.

Yes. We provide a PO agreement to every client, without exception. It is sent to you by email for signature before the order proceeds.

The reservation fee is a fixed amount that depends on the unit being purchased. It is settled by wire or bank transfer. We confirm the exact figure in writing with your quotation.

Within a maximum of three working days from the day your units are allocated.

Three days. We check the requested variants, colours and quantities against current dealer allocation and come back to you in writing.

This depends on unit availability and on dealer allocation for the specific variant and colour you have ordered. We give you a realistic window in writing rather than an optimistic one, and we update you if allocation moves.

Both depend on the destination country and the current status of the shipping line. Once you finalise the destination we provide the shipping details, the carrier and the cost.

A purchase order, plus company details if the purchase is under a company, or personal details if it is an individual account. Valid identification is required in both cases.

Accessories, yes — we can fit accessories to your specification. Full model customisation is not something we undertake; units are supplied to factory specification with accessories added.

Give us a port. We will give you a schedule.
